I was in a kitchen experimenting mood and wanted Ramen but there was not much available so I went with #padthainoodles. they did the trick. I started with a little porro, veggie broth, yellow bell peppers 🫑, spinach, curry leaves, coconut milk (🐒 🚫), fresh ginger, these noodles, and i forget what else. oh yeah, soy chunks. everyone liked it. they even commented that the soy chunks were good.  #ricenoodles #comfortfood #vegancomfortfood #carbsforlife
