We sliced this up and seasoned with middle eastern spices to make a delicious gyro sandwich . The consistency was like gyro meat . Great replacement !

We thought Jean Philippe’s deli style seitan would work perfectly in our vegan shawarma wrap, and it did! We sliced it up and spiced it with shish taouk seasoning. It was delicious! So nice in this wrap with muhamarra and pickled turnips and a tomato and cucumber salad. Yum!
Vraiment trop bon! Je l’ai mis dans une sauce BBQ dans un bol de quinoa mexicain, wow! Je l’avais aussi mangé en fondue/raclette et c’était excellent!
