pasta dish!! I really liked this red lentil pasta, it had a nice texture and was perfect for this pasta salad.
If anyone is interested, this pasta salad was bomb! It had:
Arugula, roasted cherry tomatoes and roasted eggplant, Sundried tomatoes, red onion, bell pepper, capers, cranberries, garlic, and a maple/balsamic/mustard vinaigrette.
