2 mushroom burgers with pockets of smoked vegan cheese

In terms of vegan patties, this is probably of the best I've ever had. Smoked vegan cheese pockets in between make for a beautiful crisping on the outside while the inside remains moist and juicy. I cooked them in the oven, from chilled, according to package instructions but with 5min extra (15min, turn, then 15min again) and they were golden brown on the outside and soft on the inside, well cooked through. Really nice middle ground of substitute meat vs bean/veggie burger. Nice taste and texture, browned up nicely although fairly small and quite expensive! Pockets of smoked cheese went very unnoticed. However these went lovely topped with melted chilli cheese and onion chutney 🤤 look forward to trying on the bbq for added smokiness 🔥 would recommend and would buy again!
