In terms of vegan patties, this is probably of the best I've ever had. Smoked vegan cheese pockets in between make for a beautiful crisping on the outside while the inside remains moist and juicy.
I cooked them in the oven, from chilled, according to package instructions but with 5min extra (15min, turn, then 15min again) and they were golden brown on the outside and soft on the inside, well cooked through.
I wish these were in my home country!
