These are great in soup or stir fry so are worth having in the cupboard. 1 pound for 4 nests. Yuka: 🟢 Excellent 90/100
A great alternative to egg noodles. One should keep a good stash of these in the cupboard for lazy 'throw it all in' stir fry days!! #veganisnotscary
Good to add to stir fries. They were difficult to break up and lots of the noodles were still stuck together at the end so maybe soak for a little longer than the packet states.
