Il migliore humus di ceci mangiato finora! Buonissimo!!! Si gusta anche solo con il cucchiaino oppure con le carote come uno snack! Assolutamente da provare! The best chickpea humus I've had so far! Non mi ha fatto impazzire perché un po' poco cremoso e dal retrogusto acido. Si sente troppo poco il gusto dei ceci.

Per la preparazione mi sono accorto dopo che la tahina conteneva l’uovo e quindi ho optato per aggiungere l’hummus di ceci. Piatto favoloso, felicissimo del risultato e del sapore ottenuto. Si può migliorare nell’impiattamento ma era tutto buonissimo. Quanto vorrei aprire un mio locale vegano?! 😍 🇬🇧 I bought the new book of receipts from cucina botanica, and due to the fact that my tempeh was expiring I decided to try this receipt. For the preparation I needed the tahina but I discovered after that mine was with eggs inside so I decided to change it with some chickpeas hummus. The result was amazing, I was super happy with the result and the flavors. I still can improve with the plating but was so tasty! Non penso di aver mai assaggiato un hummus così orrido, e ce ne vuole per fare un hummus cattivo. L’odore è nauseante, non sa proprio di ceci. Bocciatissimo.

Hummus buono, comodo per quando non si ha tempo di prepararlo in casa.
