I saw this on a couple ads on one of my news feeds over the last couple years and I was pretty skeptical. It's not that I don't like mushrooms. I love mushrooms but the thought of mushroom coffee was a little bit weird after giving it a chance though. I honestly love this coffee more than any other coffee I've ever had and that's a lot to say when it's a kind of instant coffee. So to say pair it with a little bit of oat milk and some sugar and it is fire. I also like to top mine with some vegan coconut whip from time to time. Definitely recommend it for someone that gets stomach cramps from normal coffee and is spent way too much at Starbucks. Making sure I get the vegan friendly kind. This is definitely slowly replacing my morning ritual

I try to avoid regular coffee because I get headaches, nauseous, and get jittery. Mushrooms have a lot of benefits so that’s why I like it but I’m not a big fan of the flavor. So I use 1 teaspoon instead of the recommended 1 tablespoon and blend it with water, a bit of almond milk, agave, and one banana. I enjoy taking Ryze because I love how I feel awake and calm at the same time which helps me focus and gives me energy. So will definitely consider buying more of it!
