I try to avoid regular coffee because I get headaches, nauseous, and get jittery. Mushrooms have a lot of benefits so that’s why I like it but I’m not a big fan of the flavor. So I use 1 teaspoon instead of the recommended 1 tablespoon and blend it with water, a bit of almond milk, agave, and one banana.
I enjoy taking Ryze because I love how I feel awake and calm at the same time which helps me focus and gives me energy. So will definitely consider buying more of it!
