Rock My Bowl zero waste goodness bowl with falafel

I was working on location and the company provided lunch from Rock My Bowl catering.
This

falafel, quinoa and salad was substantial. It included pickled cabbage, roasted broccoli, sweet potato, carrot, raw purple cabbage. A very healthy mix.
My reservation was that there was no dressing or sauce, so it was quite hard to digest. It would have been a winning dish with a mustard or mint sauce or even a simple oil and balsamic vinegar dressing.
Even so, I was really impressed that there were two salad bowl choices and one was vegan. 💚
