I think this my favorite kind of #kale🥬 . The flat leaves are so much easier to handle than the curly ones. And the flavors coat much better. I used the whole bunch to make a salad with toasted nuts 🌰 and quick-pickled shallots, saving the stems for later use. Massaging everything, with hands 🙌🏼, is key to ensure tenderness and well distributed seasoning🌶 🪄 I’ll also admit the process is also quite calming🧘🏻♀️ #eatyourveggies #wfpb
