
I think this my favorite kind of #kaleš„¬ . The flat leaves are so much easier to handle than the curly ones. And the flavors coat much better.
I used the whole bunch to make a salad with toasted nuts š° and quick-pickled shallots, saving the stems for later use. Massaging everything, with hands šš¼, is key to ensure tenderness and well distributed seasoningš¶ šŖ
Iāll also admit the process is also quite calmingš§š»āāļø
