I enjoyed this low sugar, low calorie electrolyte drink while I was in labour. The flavour was refreshing and it kept me hydrated. I don't usually drink electrolyte drinks but my husband bought a few of these for our hospital snack bag.
Very refreshing taste, I love the fact that it has just 3g of sugar and 20 calories. It is a bit pricy, but I drink it as a treat on a hot summer day. You can taste both clementine and mango.
I am really enjoying this after I work out. Having it with no added sugar and having electrolytes I it really helps. I also am drinking this instead of OJ in the mornings Highly recommend
