I like this cold brew coffee so much (not just this flavor, but some others
from RISE also), that I order in bulk sometimes when there’s a good deal. The first time I ordered, it didn’t take me to a page to input my address, so I forgot about it. Right after I placed the order, I got a confirmation email that showed it was being delivered to an old address that I moved from two years ago. I immediately replied and told them the discrepancy and I provided my new address. It wasn’t until over a week later where I got a reply, right after they shipped it, saying it was too late. I was really upset because I felt that it was intentional, that they didn’t reply until right after they shipped it. I was so angry that I told myself that I would never order from them again. Well, a couple months later, they came out with another great deal. I was missing their coffee so much, because it’s too expensive for me at the store, that I ate my pride and ended up ordering from them again, this time, ensuring that my address was correct.
