Bought this by mistake, twas misplaced in the middle of the garlic herb flavor which

I grabbed a handful of but hey it gives me another #abillionbuck. Tastes like chickpea pasta, not a fan. Nutrition wise it's great, clean ingredient list. Unsustainable packaging.

If you are looking for an alternative to rice , then this is a good

option taste wise. It does have a bit of sodium , but is ok once in a while

I love the taste, nutrition and ease of making this. The ‘rice’ is made of

several plant flours yet seems very similar an actual grain. It cooks faster than regular rice - simply cover with boiling water and let sit for 10 min.
