Veganes Lemon Curd

I never tried non vegan lemon curd, so I don’t know how it’s supposed to taste, but this is really good! It tastes very lemony but not too sour & it doesn’t have any aftertaste from the cornflour & pea protein. The consistency is also nice, it spreads easily. This lemon curd is super delicious. It tastes very aromatic of lemons, just like I remember from my holidays in Italy. But it is neither too sour nor too sweet. It is easy to spread. It goes well with toast, but can also be stirred into yoghurts to make dessert sauce. The lemony taste gives it that extra something. #lemon #veganjam
