I never tried non vegan lemon curd, so I don’t know how it’s supposed to taste, but this is really good! It tastes very lemony but not too sour & it doesn’t have any aftertaste from the cornflour & pea protein. The consistency is also nice, it spreads easily.
I‘m looking forward to making a lemon meringue cake with this!
