Saw this for the first time when out shopping at a larger Rewe store near
me and bought it mainly out of curiosity. I had never had vegan egg replacers, so wanted to see how this works and tastes.
It's easy enough to use once you've found the instructions, for which you need to peel off the label.
I found that the resulting mixture was fairly sticky in the pan, but otherwise worked much like eggs.
I didn't care for the taste, which, despite adding spices, tasted somewhat artificial and a lot of chickpea flower. Although I like chickpeas, the taste in an omelette was weird.
Also, you can only really make omelettes with this, not scrambled eggs.
