Ich liebe es! 💜 Es muss noch ordentlich nachgewürzt werden, aber schmeckt richtig nice. Man muss es eher wie Kaiserschmarn zubereiten, also den „Teig“ erst von beiden Seiten braten und dann zerrupfen. Sonst klebt es überall in der Pfanne. Aber wenn man die richtige Technik raus hat, wird es gut. 🍳 #veganegg

Saw this for the first time when out shopping at a larger Rewe store near me and bought it mainly out of curiosity. I had never had vegan egg replacers, so wanted to see how this works and tastes. It's easy enough to use once you've found the instructions, for which you need to peel off the label. I found that the resulting mixture was fairly sticky in the pan, but otherwise worked much like eggs. I didn't care for the taste, which, despite adding spices, tasted somewhat artificial and a lot of chickpea flower. Although I like chickpeas, the taste in an omelette was weird. Also, you can only really make omelettes with this, not scrambled eggs.
I was curious so I ended up trying this chickpea flour-based “scrambled eggs” product. I did like it but for about 3€ I think you could try make it on your own with chickpea flour and tofu :) I might buy it again (from time to time when I’m too lazy to make scrambled something by myself) The consistency is chewy which is funny, not quite like scrambled eggs but it’s yummy nevertheless. #chickpeascramble

this is meant to be a scrambled egg replaced but i realllly didn't like the one i tried last time so i used this one for baking instead and it worked super well
