Review of Rührei-Ersatz - Rewe Bio by potplant
I was curious so I ended up trying this chickpea flour-based “scrambled eggs” product.
I did like it but for about 3€ I think you could try make it on your own with chickpea flour and tofu :)
I might buy it again (from time to time when I’m too lazy to make scrambled something by myself) The consistency is chewy which is funny, not quite like scrambled eggs but it’s yummy nevertheless.
