This is a nice vegan intepretation of the #spanishtortilla made with #potato and #onion. The "no-egg" flavor made with #chickpeas could have a stronger taste, but it is a good attempt. I have tried this in its smaller format, but it is much better in this 500g version, staying more moist during cooking. It is easy to prepare following the package instructions.
