Upon first taste, I wasn’t too crazy about it. Not bad, but also not my favorite. But after reading about it on the back of the box, I have a much greater appreciation for this now. It’s primarily made from #einkorn, one of the world’s oldest cultivated grains. This #european #wheat provides much more nutrients than other wheats. #riboflavin #protein #manganese #betacarotene It’s also #environmentallyfriendly because it’s drought tolerant and no irrigation is needed. #regenerativefarming  It’s very crunchy and has a nice nutty flavor. I probably just need to find the right dip or spread to really enjoy this with.  The earthy sunny box was a perfect excuse to take a photo of this with my one and only sunflower 🌻that either the birds 🐦‍⬛🕊️🦜 or wind 💨 planted for me. I’ve been trying to grow sunflowers for the past couple of years, and despite it’s easy reputation, I’ve been unsuccessful. So even though this sunflower grew at an unideal location (in my pot with my young dragonfruit 🐲🥭), I’ve been delighted watching it grow and seeing the bees mingling in it. #crackers #nongmo #pesticidefree #familyfarmed #sourdoughseptember
