These rice papers are 16cm in diameter n this pack contains 20(i think😅). Its stretchy n chewy. i liked it.🎊🎉🤩 But filling n rolling it was a whole different thing. Mine would not roll properly maybe because i overfilled it or soaked it for more than "a few seconds" n it was tacky so it was difficult to work with.😅 Out of all the rolls just one was good enough for a photo but my brother didn't want to wait to take a picture of it😛

When I want a simple, fresh, delicious, and quick meal, I grab 1 cucumber, 1 carrot, 1 bell pepper, mint, coriander, and rice paper. Voila - fresh spring rolls! Easy to prepare (just immerse an individual sheet in water and remove after only a few seconds, leave it on a towel for 1 minute to soften). Made from rice, water, tapioca flour, and salt. 6 pieces (just the wrapper) is about 180 calories, so be careful if you’re watching your calorie intake.
My wife and I felt like going a bit crazy with cooking this weekend, so we tried making some fresh spring rolls at home. Turns out it is one of the easiest things to make, only if you have this super product of rice paper handy and then you are good to go. The product comes with around 18 rice paper sheets, all you have to do is soak them in water for a bit but make sure it doesn’t get too delicate. Prepare your filling for the spring roll which I found online, wrap the filling in your soaked sheets which turned out to be the most enjoyable part of the prep, you can cold store the spring rolls for 15 min or you can steam them for 10 minutes. Both the methods give you a different end result and we enjoyed it. The whole prep hardly takes any time, and that means we will keep going back to this product for more.
