Plant Based Nuggets

They were very tasty. Very meaty and crispy on the outside. I think even non

vegans would love em., perhaps the nuggets were denser than other vegan nuggets we have tried. They have 8 grams of protein per serving though and quite delicious. They are packed with gluten though so I dont recommend if you are sensitive to gluten. They are soy free if you have a soy allergy . Lately we have tried to find soy nuggets or pea protein nuggets that are gluten-free or low gluten because my wife has a gluten sensitivity. I actually prefer soy nuggets!

the flavor is amazing. Toss lightly with some salt and pepper, add your favorite dressing and you have an easy meal . I have tested these in my oven and air fryer and they do well both ways . If you like them with some extra crunch cook longer in the oven and or just opt for the air fryer . Great sized bag as well and affordable. Find these from time to time at my local Costco.

I really wanted to like these nuggets — and I can usually find at least

some redeeming qualities for almost anything edible — but I actually hate them. I’m kicking myself for buying the big 24oz bag; it takes up so much space and seems to taunt me whenever I open the freezer.
The batter is decent: it’s the right thickness and crisps nicely in the oven. The blandness, too, can be remediated with condiments. The problem is the protein. Texturally, it’s very firm and all one chunk; to me, it felt like eating a breaded eraser. There’s also a funny aftertaste that I can’t quite place . . . and it contains palm oil! Everyone seems to like these, but I can barely eat them, much less recommend them to anyone.

I actually liked the taste of these, they are a tad different than some other

nuggets I've had. There are only ten in this bag though, which seems a little low for the size of the bag and also a little pricey but they were on sale. If they are on sale I would get them again.
