Lion's Mane Mushrooms

It's always so exciting when you get your hands on such a high value mushroom such as lion's mane! These are great, meaty mushrooms that may have some cognitive health benefits! 

Check out how cute the mushroom in the third pic is. It looks like a hedgehog 🥺

Love mushrooms from R&R! These are spongier than your typical mushroom and had a lighter meaty flavor to me.

I love these MN local mushrooms! I slowly sautéed their portabella, oyster and lion mane mushrooms for dinner with olive oil, salt and a good balsamic. Wow! Pricy but worth it if you are craving great mushrooms.

I had to see what the hype was about and these are so yummy! They were meaty with a sponge-like texture. Worked great with a pasta dish we made and I can imagine it would be delicious on homemade pizza too!
