ahh this was surprisingly good! i wasn’t expecting anything since it is a microwave meal

and when it came out of the microwave pre-mixing in the sauce…i was concerned and skeptical
but fortunately, this was really tasty :D nice flavorful tangy sauce with a decent amount of greens alongside really nicely cooked noodles which made me extremely happy
already bought again, and don’t see myself stopping anytime soon lolol

This pasta with vegetables and vegan cheese sauce was good. I found it had some

spice that I’m not used to but overall it was ok.
Super convenient for when you don’t want to cook or have little time and need a quick meal.

Love purple carrot! I haven’t tried their meal service yet but excited to one day.

I eat their meals all the time, I love the udon bowl. This is yummy paired it with my last review of vegan lasagna for a nice big meal. Delicous, totally reccomend telling non vegans about purple carrot and cedar hill! They’ll love.
