Purely Elizabeth original granola is wonderfully delicious! it goes with Everything. What I
photographed here is my daily mid-morning snack. I have been eating this daily the past three years! The base is always some type of think based yogurt (recently being either blueberry or strawberry) - then a good portion of granola and finally some type of dried fruit. I use dried fruit because I prepare this the night before and the dried fruit does not discolor over night and get mushy but rather stay firm and rather absorbs some of the excess moisture making them just slightly more tender to eat.
