Today I tried Tempeh for the first time ever in my life. Gotta say I’m
disappointed ☹️ Didn’t quite like it, maybe it’s this particular brand but the taste is just too strong... and weird.
I made my usual Crispy Tofu recipe (with cornstarch, soya sauce, agave syrup, vinegar, garlic powder, water) but with Tempeh instead. Perhaps that’s not the best way to cook tempeh and therefore I didn’t quite like it... Does anyone have any good recipes or useful tips on how to cook Tempeh? I could really use some help here 🙏🏻😅
