These sour little gummy bears are cute and pretty tasty, too. The #gummies are covered in a tart, granular coating, like Sour Patch Kids, and they have a similar sticky chewiness that gums onto your teeth a bit. The fruit flavors are tangy and natural-tasting; I think I enjoyed Watermelon Wizard best. There is just 3g of cane sugar in this #candy; they get away with claiming no artificial sweeteners and no sugar alcohols through the use of allulose, a rare sugar that naturally occurs in small quantities in figs, raisins, and other foods but apparently passes through the body largely unprocessed. The bears had the slightest of aftertastes (though whether that was from the sugar substitute or another ingredient, I can’t say) but it wasn’t very noticeable or off-putting in the way that artificially sweetened products typically are. I think most people would find them at least moderately enjoyable. There was a fairly generous number of bears in the bag, so I felt like I got a good deal ($1 #groceryoutletfinds) Nothing life-changing, but I’d get them again when the gummy bear mood strikes.
