Pretzilla burger bun with beet patty

The buns are always so soft and good. This is

the second time I bought them and they freeze well.

For the beet burger, it was the second time I made them. I made a large batch and froze the rest. I didn't have tomato paste or kidney beans, so I used ketchup and chickpeas, and it turned out well. I was able to make 8 patties with one large beet. I really recommend trying out this recipe. I also used Chao cheese for the burger.

This burger was for my dad and he loved it. He isn’t vegan, but he is up for having vegan food when I’m around. I had a bite of his burger, and it was so tasty. I highly recommend this. 🥨🍔

Picked these up for dinner tonight. My first time having pretzel burger buns -

they were soft and delicous. My husband said its a German thing to have it with mustard and I must say, I do think it enhanced the flavour!
