Vegan VLT

Liked it! Vegan version of a BLT, instead they used dried shiitake mushrooms. It works!

Glasgow Airport has a Pret now which means I won't rely on WHSmith which only

has good vegan options like 30% of the time (when I'm there at least). I grabbed this for the plane and it was okay. I love mushrooms but I wasn't overly fond of them replacing bacon tbh and I felt something else would lend that smokey taste better but that's my only problem really. The tomato was really fresh and I liked the bread a lot. Definitely a one up from the other airport meals I've eaten.
