Not bad! The flavour is similar to the Big Mountain Brekky Sausages. The texture and flavour kind of reminds me more of a chicken sausage. They're not greasy and maybe a little dry, but overall pretty good!

Not TONS of breakfast sausage options at mainstream grocery stores, so it's great that these are in the freezer section of my local NO Frills. It's a pretty tasty option to have in the brunch line up- a TINY bit more flavour would really make them perfect.
