Very nice mayo, has a good creamy consistency and is thicker and tastier than the accidentally vegan 99% fat free one by Praise. $5 for a squeeze bottle, but I get through it pretty quickly especially if I’m making something like potato salad so it’s not THAT cheap. Homemade aquafaba mayo is my preference but this is great if I want something ready to go.

When I first opened it, I was skeptical because of the consistency and colour. But I’m obsessed with this. Love adding sriracha for a sriracha mayo dipping sauce. So delicious!
