Well well well, if we haven’t a nice exotic ready meal here!
Despite having a

few Spanish friends, I never had a real Spanish tortilla. I think I tried to make it years ago but I’m sure I did something wrong...

I found this at Tesco yesterday for £2 only and grabbed it! You need to heat it up in the microwave for around 3 mins and lightly fry it in a pan for further 4 mins. It’s pretty damn good! They used chickpea to replace eggs, and also a bunch of spices and other ingredients to spice up the flavour.

When I’ll go to Tesco I’ll buy it again, it’s so ao good!!!

Loved this - just like the one I used to have made with eggs. Would

definitely buy again and recommend. Can be eaten hot or cold.

I was reeeeaaally impressed by this! It’s ready in just a few mins - I

fried it in a splash of oil for 1-2 mins on each side and added a bit extra kala namak and paprika - a nice dense potatoey Spanish omelette. I only wish it was a tiny bit eggier, but other than that it was a fab lunch option and I’ll definitely be making a trip back to Tesco to get it again

Found in Tesco - Super super yummy, just like I remember Spanish omelettes! So amazing

with a balsamic side salad. Easy and fulfilling lunch
