Plante-based Lasagne

I think it’s very nice to have an almost ready-to-eat plant-based lasagna available at the supermarket. In Italy I used to find similar things for traditional lasagne but never for a vegan one, so shoutout to Switzerland! The portion is just right for two people and the lasagna is ready in 20 minutes in the oven. The taste is pretty good too, after baking the top makes a nice crust of the melted plant-based cheese. If I have to complain about something I have to say I didn’t like too much the tomato sauce in it, because it had too much oregano which I don’t think works well in a lasagna. But besides this, it was a very nice comforting meal. Buonissime! Mi piacciono un sacco. Fantastiche quando prende la voglia di sapori tradizionali. Trovo la porzione troppo piccola.

Devo ammettere che ero scettica perchè il “ragù” di V-Love non mi piace. Invece sono contenta di averle provate. Una buona alternativa quando non si possono mangiare le lasagne fresche 📌 In Svizzera 🇨🇭 si trova da Migros
