With M & S launching its huge vegan range I'd love to have one open

nearer to me as I'm getting through these and finding them very tasty. This spinach ravioli I bought 2 and only took minutes to cook I also bought a tomato and basil sauce as a topping and found it a super quick tasty lunch. Very generous portions and large pieces of ravioli stuffed with lots of spinach. If you want a quick lunch and don't wish to spend ages cooking but don't want to go without taste these are perfect . Personally I think buying a good sauce topping works well as may feel bit dry without them but they have sauces for them and lots of the plant kitchen range are put together in sections so always a pleasant shopping experience.

Loved these. A good amount of raviolis, very tasty spinach filling. Split between two people

this makes a good lunch, or dinner with some salad and garlic bread on the side for the extra calories. I just enjoyed them with some ketchup, but you can certainly fancy them up lol.

Most of the #plantkitchen range is meat impersonation which doesn’t appeal to me, but these

ravioli were suddenly available and handy for quick preparation.
I must’ve enjoyed them because I bought them again!
So easy to cook, just 5 minutes in water that’s come to the boil. I made a vegan block and fresh sage from the garden sauce and steamed runner beans and fresh sliced tomatoes. It was a light nourishing meal.
The ravioli ingredients doesn’t appear to include any nasties.
The cardboard label and plastic tray are #recyclable but like so much packaging it has a film seal that isn’t.
One packet is plenty for 2 servings. Price £3.50

New find in M&S today...Plant Kitchen Spinach and Crushed White Bean Raviolli for £3

The Positives:

I

have never been able to find a vegan ravioli that doesnt contain vegan cheese before near me so I was very excited when I discovered this. It says portion size is for 2 so I followed the instructions. The pasta itself is a lovely texture, slightly chewy just like it should be. The filling was also very tasty and not too overpowering with the white beans. The portion size was also very good for a lunch time dish and doesnt require sauce (just a little bit of Flora) as it tastes delicious on its own

The Negatives:

Firstly, £3 is very expensive for ravioli but, because I havent had it in so long, I was willing to pay the hefty price tag. I wouldn't do this on a regular basis but it's nice for a treat. As tasty as the ravioli is, a little sprinkle of salt is required just to give it a little lift in flavour. Also, the portion size is a little small if you wanted it for an evening meal; it's big enough for lunch but that's about it. I'd eat the whole lot for my evening dinner to feel full

Conclusion:

Overall, a very delicious find. Full of flavour and a wonderful texture. Too expensive to be a permanent resident on my shopping list but nice for an occasional treat #huntsabs
