I love to buy organic when I can. This tofu is called super firm but
is not as firm as others I’ve tried. I would definitely eliminate the word “super”, hehe!

Good quality of Tofu, and it is super firm indeed, perfect for pan fry. It
was also a good surprise finding organic tofu in a supermarket.
