Bettergoods really had the best liquid cheese packet mac and cheese. Powders are still overall the best Mac and cheese, but Bettergoods does a much better job than Daiya or Howl . I definitely enjoyed the traditional cheddar flavor more than this white cheddar one. It was a bit bland, but at least it didn't have a weird taste. Blandness can always be reminded with seasoning! I added lots of nooch to this (it didn't stay a white cheddar!) as well as paprika, black pepper, and garlic powder. I also added my usual peas, but also wilted in some spinach for extra greens and flavor! US Review; I was thrilled to see these in #Walmart for $3.27 a box while I was home. It’s hard for me to say no to mac and cheese 😋 This was easy to cook and didn’t require adding milk or butter as it came with a creamy sauce rather than powder. I’ll say it was a touch dry because it could probably use a bigger sauce pack but was still a good mac and cheese in my opinion. I thought it had a good Alfredo-like taste.
