We were so suprised to find this in a village mini-market on our vacation to El Hierro island! Really tasty for a frozen #pizza, the crust cooked well, crunchy outside and tender inside. It also had a good amount of #tomatosauce and roasted veggies including #eggplant, #spinach, #zucchini, #redpepper and #yellowpeppers. And the no cheese was tasty (maybe a bit too salty). In fact the whole package reminded me of the #veganpizza Mercadona used to carry, sans the no-chicken strips. Thanks to La Tiendita de Los Mocanes for offering this treat!!
