This #pitabread with #garlic and #coriander is a staple during Greek Week 🇬🇷 at #lidl. The additional flavors enhance, not overwhem and are a perfect accompaniment to hummus or dipping. The #pita warm up tender and fluffy following the package instructions - the most important step being to moisten them with some water before placing them in the oven. Si sente solo il sapore del coriandolo che è davvero troppo forte. Si preparano facilmente. Non le ricomprerò
Ma che buone queste pite!! Basta sciacquarle leggermente poi metterle in forno per qualche minuto e quando le tagli a metà sono come delle taschine per infilare il tuo ripieno. Super saporite poi!! Io ci ho messo dentro semplicemente delle verdure grigliate pomodori e salsa tzatziki ma con del seitan o tempeh marinato ci starebbe ancora meglio. Super approvate
Ok, non sono buonissime ma manco male. Se te preparo a casa sono meglio, così sono comode
