Evidently, I quite like Penzey’s spices. This is something I wouldn’t have bought if it weren’t for going inside their store and smelling a tester (pre-covid days.) It’s a mix of chives, shallots, garlic, salt, onion, and green pepper. It adds a great savoriness to vegan eggs or tofu.
