I'd class as a Vindaloo, and the heats not that hot but it does have a kick and it builds, I add some vinegar to bring the heat out. Fried off shredded Tempeh and Sun-dried Tomatoes in some garlic oil as a base. Decent serving and a nice meal
it over rice. Chef’s kiss! Can’t wait to try new combinations. I would like a little more spice from something labeled “hot”, but the heat is still pretty good.
