Review of Vindaloo sauce - Patak's by ryster
A nice sauce and clearly Vegan marked, I'd not say the flavour is particularly what I'd class as a Vindaloo, and the heats not that hot but it does have a kick and it builds, I add some vinegar to bring the heat out. Fried off shredded Tempeh and Sun-dried Tomatoes in some garlic oil as a base. Decent serving and a nice meal
