I don’t typically buy Patak’s stuff as I’m yet to find anything that tastes authentic
- the same problem I havewith a lot of supermarket curry sauces and pastes. Today I used this slightly differently, more as a flavour enhancer to a mango tofu chick’n curry and it was actually quite nice, but mostly because it was balanced by coconut milk, a cashew creme fraiche and the recipe already had garam masala and turmeric. I like that this product came as 2 separate servings, meaning less waste. Marked vegan.
