Plant Based Ravioli Sausage and Fennel

Really enjoyed these! Great flavour, good texture and you actually get a decent amount in

the bag. They are quite large to so looks really nice on the plate. Put them with a spicy tomato sauce with nooch sprinkle and it was fabulous.

I definitely did not cook them long enough so that may be why I didn’t

rate them higher (haha) but it definitely satisfied my ravioli craving! They had other flavours as well that I would like to try instead. I also baked some farmboy vegan mozzarella on top which made it even better! :)

Pretty tasty little ravioli. Worth a shot. Not my favorite among the two but hits

the spot. I'm new to ravioli so I wasn't quite sure how to get sauce to stick.

Enjoyed this ravioli. Hardy filling with thin pastry pasta.
