Got this for a steal on clearance for $0.99. It is good, nice and creamy and oniony. I used it today as a spread on a Gardein ultimate chicken filet sandwich and it was delicious. 😋 It’s also a tasty dip with some carrots and celery. #veganisnotscary

Deep flavor! Great thick texture! Lots of onion flavor, I can tell there are tiny pieces of onion and green chili. Little pricey but very good!
I didn’t get to try this French onion dip last time they cycled through but I did enjoy the queso version so I was excited to find this at my ALDI. Unfortunately the texture is a bit gritty and not very creamy, which gives it an unappealing look in comparison to some other dips. The flavor is good but could be stronger. It mimics what I remember a French onion dip being like, but without the tang. Though I can certainly do without the dairy tang, it might benefit from a touch of lemon or vinegar. Did not care for this much. Had a grainy texture and barely tasted any onion. I tried it with pita chips, tried making a sauce for pasta with it but just wasn’t working. Threw out the rest of it.
Got this French onion cashew dip at Aldi and honestly it is amazing! Creamy and delicious
