Some time ago I tried looking for a pad thai kit in the grocery store, but none of them were vegan. When I checked the #Asian section at #jumbo I spotted this kit. Not only #accidentallyvegan it has a vegan label. The sauce is really yummy. The noodles came out great. You are supposed to add prawns, spring onions, beansprouts and an egg. I added vegan chicken, spring onions, zucchini and vegan egg instead.

This pad Thai noodle kit is AWESOME! Comes with the rice noodles, crushed peanuts and sauce. Just fry your favourite veggies and maybe tofu, and add the rest! So easy and sooooo good!
These noodles were super easy to make and had a nice flavour. They were a little bit spicy for me, but not too overwhelming (plus I'm a bit of a wuss with spice anyway). I thought the calories were quite high for the amount of noodles you get, but I would buy again. Calories - 457 #veganuary
Pretty pleased with this pad Thai kit, labelled vegan on the back, tasted good and the portion was huuuuge. Was gonna save some for lunch but just powered through and ate it in one sitting 💪🏼 I’m sick like that
