The taste is good when you fried them, taste similar with fish but can improve more.

These #fishfingers came out quite dry, but then I was the one who made the decision to just toast them in the oven when I could've deep-fried them to glory 😬 Still though, they had enough of that faux fishy flavour which I love, and are easy to prep from #frozen which suits a #lazyvegan like me 😛 They are a bit small/slim in size, which is clearly noticeable. So you can have more of them each time 😁
Texture is firm. It seems like they did fingers wrapped in seaweed sheet and pan fried. Not extremely tasty but it can be a good treat with some dipping sauces. #fishlessfingers
The fish taste is given by a layer of seaweed. It’s average in taste and flavour. Trans fat free, msg free, non gmo #notransfat #nomsg #nongmo
