Spicy Black Bean & Kale Soup

I enjoyed this soup. Had good flavor, didn’t find it very spicy could just taste it on the back end. I love black beans though, and I liked the chunks of carrots in it. I try to stay away from canned soups just due to the sodium but they come in handy for a quick/easy lunch. #veganisnotscary #veganfortheanimals #soup

A lovely mid-winter lunch. The spice level is just enough and it was both filling and light. Loved this!
