This was my first time trying anything from Outstanding Foods. I kept seeing ads everywhere and decided to buy a three pack of the nacho pigless pork rinds off of Amazon. When eating the first bag I was just like oh these are okay but don’t deserve the hype they get. I really like the texture, it’s like a rice snack with a good crunch. The flavor doesn’t really eat nacho it’s more like taco seasoning. I don’t think I’ve ever had real pork rinds so I can’t compare in that sense. When eating my second bag they grew on me. Maybe I would like some of the other flavors or snacks from Outstanding Foods better.

These are really good y'all. These pigless pork rinds are fluffy and crunchy and shaped in a manner that doesn't feel extruded. They are made of pea protein and "pea grits" and supposedly one of the inventors also helped develop the Beyond Burger. I love the nacho cheese dust on these and am looking forward to trying all the flavors soon. That whole bag only has 450 calories!
I was never a huge pork rind person before, so I was worried I would hate the flavor of these but they actually taste like rice chips with nacho cheese. Def worth a try !
