#vegan omelette is super easy to make with chickpea flour but some busy nights cause for an even quicker fix.
We use this for easy lunches and dinners as it’s super easy to whip up 🥣
👩🍳Just add water & oil (we skip adding oil to the mixture & and it comes out just fine - just add it to the pan when cooking)
👩🍳Add whatever veggies & spices to make this dish whatever you need. Flavour alone is not exciting but makes as a good base.
⚠️The texture can be a little rubbery and dense but perfect for little #BLW hands 👋 I also don’t mind it.
📝 adding a little more water makes it more ‘fluffy’
📝 add to a hot pan with oil for better results
📝 pre cook vegetables before adding to mixture as once cooked it does not handle well and goes firm
